This page explains which information this site keeps and why, and what is expected when you use it. It is short on purpose; this is all of it.
To open your account and show you your list, to review invite requests and to review correction suggestions. The IP address is used only against spam: the number of requests and suggestions that can be sent from one address within an hour is limited. When an invite request arrives, your email address and reason may also be forwarded to the site administrator by email.
Your list and notes are not shown to other members. Emotion marks are used on anime pages and in What Should I Watch only as combined, anonymous counts; nobody can see who marked what. Your information is not sold, rented or shared with anyone. The site has no ads, no visitor counter and no analytics script. The site administrator can access the database as part of running it.
The site uses a single session cookie. It carries the fact that you are signed in and, as a guest, preferences such as the language you picked; the site needs it to work. There are no advertising or tracking cookies, which is why there is no cookie consent banner either.
Pages load their font from Google Fonts (Google) and their icons from cdnjs (Cloudflare). When your browser downloads these files, your IP address and browser details reach those companies; this site sends them nothing else. When you follow the MyAnimeList, AniDB or AnimeSchedule links on an anime page, that site's own rules apply.
Your account details and your list are kept for as long as your account exists. IP addresses on invite requests and suggestions are deleted after 30 days; the text of the request or suggestion remains. The hosting company the site runs on may keep access logs (IP address, requested address, time) for a while under its own rules.
You can download your list as a JSON file at any time under List Settings → Export List. To learn what is kept about you, to have something corrected, or to have your account and list deleted, contact the site administrator as described at the top of this page. When your account is deleted, your list, notes, emotion marks and watch log go with it; corrections you made to anime information in the catalog stay in the catalog.
