Synopsis:
Spica Vargo does not know how to cast magic, yet she longs to enroll in the finest magic school, the Diana Academy. To get in, she studies magic relentlessly. After one failed attempt, she hears a cat speak - and is startled to find she can understand it. The cat was once a human wizard, cursed and turned into a cat. Spica persuades it to become her mentor. This proves to be a demanding arrangement for both Spica and the cat.
